TPA Services Pty Ltd was established in 2013.

The directors bring together over 20 years of collective experience in the civil consultant, construction and traffic management industries.

Our reputation for safe and efficient traffic management and labour hire services is based on the experience of our people and our commitment to delivering quality services for all our clients across a number of sectors.



At TPA Services we understand the importance of compliance when managing risk on our roads and are accredited with major Victorian road authorities, including Vic Roads. We strictly adhere to various Guides, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards and Road Management Act and Regulations.  Our teams are experienced, trained and hold required accreditations and certificates. 

We work closely with major state and local government road authorities & departments, as well as several public and private companies to provide safe and efficient traffic management solutions.

TPA Services has the knowledge and many years of experience to ensure each traffic management project is compliant with all the relevant legislation and permit conditions that apply.

We use traffic planning CAD software to develop plans for temporary Traffic and Pedestrian Management measures for a range of projects. 

As part of this, we ensure that trucks, special event or construction vehicles, can access and manoeuvre within the site as required based on a vehicle turning assessment to accommodate site-specific vehicle types and produce plans to local jurisdiction standards.

Our clients range in sizes and include state and local governments, utility companies, construction companies and event managers. 

Whether its advice, preparation or lodgment of Traffic Management Plans and the supporting compliance paperwork for Vic Roads or local government permits.

We have the skills and resources necessary and are available to react to customer needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and if need be, take over our customer’s traffic related issues and problems, and supply a timely, quality solution with a minimum of fuss.
